Program Enrolment Specialist
As a Program Enrolment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be outreach to residential households, including renters and owners, to educate them and help them subscribe to one of the community solar projects in their area. You are encouraged to utilize various outreach methods such as social media, events, referral programs, and neighborhood canvassing (door-knocking). You will have the opportunity to be creative and find more effective approaches for this job.
Commercial Enrolment Manager
As a Commercial Enrolement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to promote community solar subscriptions to commercial businesses, non-profits, and government customers in the New Mexico Community Solar program. You will use your established relationships and networking skills to manage the full sales cycle with this class of customers.
Las Cruces Regional Enrolement Manager
Lead a team of Community Solar Consultants, recruiting, training, and motivating them to achieve sales targets while also meeting your own goals. Manage key customer/partner relationships and utilize various outreach methods (social media, events, canvassing, etc.) for both recruiting and sales. Flexible schedule, collaborative environment.
Required to live in the Doña Ana County area.
Affiliate Program Enrolment Manager
We seek an Affiliate Program Enrollment Manager to build and support partnerships with third-party affiliates promoting community solar subscriptions within their networks. Your primary responsibilities will be identifying, recruiting, and enabling affiliates such as churches, high school band boosters, sports teams, and local organizations to champion community solar subscriptions to their communities of homeowners.
Pueblo Enrollment Specialist
You will be working with residential households that are members of or are located within the New Mexico Pueblos in the electric utility service area of PNM, namely Tesuque, Cochiti, Santo Domingo, San Felipe, Santa Ana, Sandia, Laguna, and Isleta Pueblos. You will have the opportunity and responsibility to work with your Pueblo leadership and community members to find the best unique fit for enrolling households with our Subscriber Manager clients.
